The Fletcher Trust Building, the first skyscraper in Indianapolis in 1915 is a shorter building according to today's standards. The architectural team of Arthur Bohn and Kurt Vonnegut, Sr. faced the building in Bedford Limestone except for the first three floors which are faced in Crotch Island Granite. The building also served as the Indianapolis Bank One Tower until 1992. The building was renovated and restored in 2002 and the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown opened its doors December 2003.
Upon arrival you will get a sense of the building's historic grandeur. Originally built as the Fletcher Trust Building in 1915, the lobby features many historic treasures.
