Unit 9 and 10 are next to the pool and A and B are in the Cottage, across the street from the pool. A and B are pet friendly, more private and are on a large corner lot.
This unit offers you half of this Old Florida duplex cottage. We have endeavored to keep the décor and feel authentic. First you will enter the screened front porch which you share with your neighbors on the opposite side.
There is plenty of seating for everyone to relax outside and listen to the surf, look at the stars, and enjoy the night air.
The sun drenched bedroom has a King-sized bed, just perfect for relaxing with a good book. Toss your swimsuit and some beachwear in the dresser and you are ready to go. The décor will make you feel as if you are staying at the family beach cottage of a dear friend.
You will find both seating and additional sleeping available in the double futon in the living area-perfect for smaller kids or an extra adult. The dining table seats four and the kitchen comes fully equipped.
The bathrooms are original which means they are “Old Florida small”. The bathroom is attractively tiled in retro black & white tile and has a shower and a wall mounted blow dryer.
Max 4 but, only if 2 adults can share a double sleeper futon. Better for a couple children or 1 extra adult.
